The Founders’ Cup is awarded each year to a lawyer, judge, scholar, writer, legislator, law firm, law school or other individual or entity that has demonstrated a substantial contribution in practice, administration or education to the furtherance of construction law or its related practices. The purpose of the award is to encourage practitioners, educators and institutions to effect a meaningful expansion of knowledge in the area of construction law and alternative dispute resolution.
Presented at the CLSA’s annual international conference, the Founders’ Cup is the preeminent award of the society for construction law advancement.
