The CLSA has established honorary trial orders within the society that recognize Fellows who have tried and arbitrated cases at several accomplished levels. Fellows who qualify for the different levels may choose to become a member, called Barrister, of the highest order for which they qualify.
Order of Maximus
The Order of Maximus is comprised of Fellows of the Construction Lawyers Society of America who have tried to verdict and/or arbitrated to decision, or a combination thereof, one hundred or more cases.
Order of Optimus
The Order of Optimus is comprised of Fellows of the Construction Lawyers Society of America who have tried to verdict and/or arbitrated to decision, or a combination thereof, seventy-two or more cases.
Order of Equitas
The Order of Equitas is comprised of Fellows of the Construction Lawyers Society of America who have tried to verdict and/or arbitrated to decision, or a combination thereof, thirty-six or more cases.
