PRACTICE TRANSITION Assistance
Guidance and information for transitioning from one professional specialization into another is provided by the CLSA through participating Fellows in this organizational concept. The CLSA will coordinate webinars and other specified training whenever a CLSA Fellow has determined that expanded knowledge in a given area is desired or needed.
EMERGENCY PRACTICE Management
Should an emergency arise, the CLSA will provide assistance to ensure that clients, judges, and other attorneys are notified, court dates are met or rescheduled, and the general maintenance of a Fellow’s practice continues in an orderly manner during the emergency event. EPM is available for the benefit of CLSA Fellows and may be requested by office or family whenever a disabling event occurs.
FELLOW PLACEMENT SERVICE
The CLSA will facilitate confidential introductions between Fellows seeking new employment and Fellow firms searching for new talent at the high level maintained by CLSA Fellows in construction practice areas covered by the general membership.
